42 Years of Service
After 42 years with the City of Niagara Falls, Carmine retired in May 2026. His career took him from Municipal Works to senior management in Human Resources, giving him firsthand experience working with virtually every area of City operations. Carmine understands our city from the ground up and believes Niagara Falls deserves experienced, accountable and practical leadership.
